Restore purchases

  1. 01Open TradeMind and tap More in the tab bar.
  2. 02Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. 03If asked, sign in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription.

On the subscription screen, use Restore Purchases there. If Pro still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase.

Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them with Apple:

  1. 01Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. 02Tap Subscriptions, then TradeMind.
  3. 03Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also do this in the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. If you cancel during the free trial, Apple may end trial access right away. Deleting the app or your TradeMind account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds follow Apple's policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Delete your account

  1. 01Open TradeMind and tap More.
  2. 02Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  3. 03Sign in again when asked. This confirms it is you.

This permanently removes your records, journal, lesson progress, voice notes, Tribe posts and account. It cannot be undone. It does not cancel your subscription, so cancel that in your Apple ID settings first.

New iPhone or reinstall

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before and your progress follows you. Then tap More, then Restore Purchases, to re-link your subscription.

Notifications

There are five categories, each switchable in More:

  • Market Rhythm: prep at 9:00 ET, a nudge at 9:15 ET if your pledge is unsigned, and a reset 30 minutes after the close.
  • Streak Protection: an evening reminder at 20:00 local time.
  • The Ascent: progress nudges and a Sunday 18:00 weekly briefing.
  • Tilt Recovery: 8:45 ET the next trading morning after a tilt.
  • Weekend Wisdom: Saturday and Sunday at 10:00.

Market times follow the NYSE calendar in US Eastern time and skip NYSE holidays. If nothing arrives, check Settings → Notifications → TradeMind on your iPhone.

Common questions

Why didn't I get the free trial?

Apple offers the 3-day trial on the yearly plan only, to people it considers eligible for the introductory offer. The monthly plan has no trial.

Why is a lesson locked?

Lessons unlock in order within each track. Answer both journal prompts to complete a lesson and open the next one.

Why isn't Dr. Noesis answering?

Dr. Noesis needs an internet connection. Check your connection and try again. Chats are not saved between sessions.

Why did my streak break on a trading day?

Streaks count any day you pledge, reset, log a Tilt Protocol outcome, journal or finish a lesson. A Streak Shield covers one missed trading day automatically if you have one banked. Weekends and NYSE holidays never count.

Can I use TradeMind on Android or the web?

No. TradeMind is for iPhone, on iOS 17.6 or later.

Is TradeMind financial advice?

No. It is an educational tool for trading psychology and never tells you what to buy or sell.
