1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TradeMind ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which applies to the App. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. TradeMind is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Educational & Psychological Purposes Only (No Financial Advice)

TradeMind is strictly a behavioral tracking, psychological profiling, and educational tool. We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners.

  • No information provided by the App, including AI-generated feedback, constitutes financial, investment, trading, or tax advice.
  • Trading in financial markets (including equities, forex, crypto, and derivatives) involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
  • You are solely responsible for any financial decisions, trades, or investments you make. TradeMind assumes zero liability for any financial losses incurred while using or after using our application.

3. Artificial Intelligence & "Dr. Noesis"

TradeMind utilizes artificial intelligence (referred to as "Dr. Noesis") to provide behavioral feedback and psychological coaching based on the inputs you provide.

  • The AI does not analyze live market data, charts, or specific assets to recommend trades.
  • AI-generated feedback is for self-reflection and discipline-building purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services or licensed financial advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the AI's feedback.
  • Dr. Noesis is an AI, not a person, doctor or therapist, and cannot help in an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, see findahelpline.com).
  • The AI coach only sends data to Google Gemini after you allow it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TradeMind offers premium features through a paid subscription, TradeMind Pro.

  • Payments: All purchases are processed securely by the Apple App Store. We do not store your raw credit card data.
  • App Store Subscriptions: TradeMind Pro is billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds: Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store and refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
  • License: The App is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add to it; where they differ, Apple's EULA applies to the license itself.

5. Your Account

You can use TradeMind without an account. An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) keeps your progress if you reinstall or change iPhone, and is needed to post, comment and like in the Tribe. You are responsible for keeping the Apple or Google account you sign in with secure, and for telling us if you believe your TradeMind account has been used without your permission. You can delete your account at any time in the App under More → Delete Account.

6. Acceptable Use & Conduct

When using TradeMind, you agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or its AI prompts.
  • Attempt to manipulate the AI, inject malicious code, or use the App for illegal activities.
  • Share, sell, or distribute your account access to others.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6a. The Tribe Community

The Tribe is where TradeMind users post and comment. Before you post for the first time, you agree to these community rules:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or sexual or violent content.
  • No spam, trading signals, paid groups, referral links or other promotions.
  • No personal financial advice and no promises of profits.
  • Don't share anyone's personal information, including your own contact details.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every post and comment can be reported, and any user can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts that post it.

To report a concern about the Tribe, use Report in the App or email trademind.biz@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeMind is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, nor do we guarantee any specific psychological or financial outcomes from using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TradeMind, its founders, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
