1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TradeMind ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. TradeMind is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Educational & Psychological Purposes Only (No Financial Advice)

TradeMind is strictly a behavioral tracking, psychological profiling, and educational tool. We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners.

  • No information provided by the App, including AI-generated feedback, constitutes financial, investment, trading, or tax advice.
  • Trading in financial markets (including equities, forex, crypto, and derivatives) involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
  • You are solely responsible for any financial decisions, trades, or investments you make. TradeMind assumes zero liability for any financial losses incurred while using or after using our application.

3. Artificial Intelligence & "Dr. Noesis"

TradeMind utilizes artificial intelligence (referred to as "Dr. Noesis") to provide behavioral feedback and psychological coaching based on the inputs you provide.

  • The AI does not analyze live market data, charts, or specific assets to recommend trades.
  • AI-generated feedback is for self-reflection and discipline-building purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services or licensed financial advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the AI's feedback.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Early Adopters

TradeMind offers premium features via paid subscriptions or "Early Adopter" lifetime access packages.

  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store). We do not store your raw credit card data.
  • Early Adopters: "Lifetime access" guarantees access to the core features of the platform for the lifespan of the TradeMind product. It does not guarantee that the product will be supported indefinitely.
  • Refunds: Refunds for Early Adopter purchases can be requested by contacting support before the official product launch. Post-launch subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies.

5. User Account and Data Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access TradeMind. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use & Conduct

When using TradeMind, you agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or its AI prompts.
  • Attempt to manipulate the AI, inject malicious code, or use the App for illegal activities.
  • Share, sell, or distribute your account access to others.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeMind is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, nor do we guarantee any specific psychological or financial outcomes from using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TradeMind, its founders, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
